The Taylor 28-98 project was a custom high-end residential home constructed over a 9-month period. The design and construction was completed by ACT Homes to suit the client’s requirements and expectations. ACT Homes managed the design from an early conceptual stage to the final building approval set. The collaborative approach with the client and design consultant allowed the team to finalise a design that included all the client requirements whilst strategically maintaining the client’s budget. The property included over 300sqm of living space with high-end finishes, custom joinery & stone, steel staircase, a swimming pool and large backyard with sandstone retaining walls. ACT homes also lead the overall interior design service, which included the likes of joinery designs & finishes, feature walls, bathrooms finishes and PC item selection etc
