  • The EQ Bakehouse Brindabella project consisted of a cold shell commercial tenancy remodelled into a café restaurant with a commercial kitchen. The 432sqm tenancy was designed and constructed in alignment with the companies’ franchise design guidelines. ACT Homes were engaged to complete the design phase and construction works for the project. The overall fit out was completed within 12 weeks, in which 6 weeks was allotted for the design stage and another 6 weeks for the construction period.
