The EQ Bakehouse Civic Quarter project was constructed in alignment with the franchise design guides lines and requirements. ACT Homes encountered several challenges through the Building Approval phase whilst coordinating the integration of the base build services and client design requirements. Overall the Building Approval design was finalised with several coordination changes, performance solutions and third party engineer reviews. The construction of the fit out / café was conducted over the course of 8 weeks with several services upgrades to the base build provisions such as mechanical, fire and drainage.
