The Taylor 15-99 project consisted of a dual occupancy constructed directly adjacent the nature reserve in Taylor providing some fantastic views. The project initially commenced with the design and feasibility reviews of the single housing block. Upon strategic design development and consultant reviews, ACT Homes finalised a Development Approval design allowing the construction of a dual occupancy on the 570sqm block. The design included 2 x three bedrooms units with large open living spaces, a walk in pantry, single garage and an open private open space. The development is constructed with architectural metal cladding, custom front doors and a light & dark themed internal finishes scheme to further highlight the dual occupancy setup. Following receipt of design approvals, the project was delivered within a 7-month construction period.
