The Macgregor Tri-Occupancy project was delivered by ACT Homes in collaboration with ACT Government (Housing ACT), involving the design and construction of three single-storey adaptable Class C dwellings. ACT Homes was engaged to develop the existing DA design into a fully coordinated Building Approval package, working closely with the architect, access consultant, certifier, and client to ensure compliance with adaptable housing requirements and alignment with the project brief.
The project scope included demolition of the existing dwelling, asbestos removal, and the full construction of the tri-occupancy development. The dwellings were designed to provide functional, accessible living outcomes while maintaining a high standard of finish and build quality.
ACT Homes delivered all aspects of construction, including dwellings, external works such as landscaping and retaining walls, and upgrades to services infrastructure. The project demonstrates ACT Homes’ capability to deliver government housing projects with a strong focus on compliance, coordination, and quality outcomes.
