EQ Kiosk – Belconnen Westfield

The EQ Kiosk – Westfield Belconnen project was delivered by ACT Homes under a full Design & Construct service for our long-standing client, EQ Bakehouse. ACT Homes managed the entire design and approvals process, coordinating closely with the Westfield design team, consultants, and certifier to achieve compliance with landlord requirements and programme timeframes.

The kiosk features a high-end, contemporary design incorporating a range of detailed architectural elements, including KitKat tiling, timber battens, integrated LED strip lighting, and custom upholstery. Given the complexity of working within an operational retail environment, careful planning and coordination were undertaken to ensure efficient delivery and minimal disruption.

The result is a refined and visually striking kiosk that aligns with the EQ Bakehouse brand and enhances its presence within a premium retail setting.
