This project comprises a premium development of 12 contemporary townhouses, delivered by ACT Homes under a two-stage Design & Construct model. Stage 1 involved a comprehensive design development, feasibility, and costing phase, where our team worked closely with the client during early DA to refine the design, manage risks, and align the project with budget expectations. This structured approach enabled informed decision-making prior to proceeding to Stage 2 construction. The development includes a mix of double and triple-storey, three-bedroom townhouses featuring efficient layouts, open-plan living, and high-quality finishes. ACT Homes provided full end-to-end delivery, resulting in a well-resolved, buildable outcome that balances design intent, cost certainty, and long-term liveability.
