The Taylor 9-114 project comprised a multi-unit development of nine high-end townhouses, each with up to 240sqm of GFA, designed to maximise plot ratio and support a pre-sale and auction sales strategy. ACT Homes delivered the project under a full Design & Construct model, managing the process from initial concept through to construction completion in alignment with ACT planning requirements.

The dwellings were designed to enhance liveability and value, incorporating high ceilings, skylights, and open-plan living spaces. The architectural façade features Enseam metal cladding, Corten metal hoods, and skillion roof forms, creating a distinctive and cohesive streetscape.

ACT Homes delivered all aspects of the project, including services connections, fire hydrant infrastructure and testing, and complete external works encompassing hard and soft landscaping. The project was completed within an 11-month construction programme, enabling early handover and settlement for purchasers and achieving strong commercial outcomes for the client.
