The Taylor 15-99 project involved the design and construction of a dual occupancy development on a 570sqm block, positioned adjacent to a nature reserve with expansive views. ACT Homes was initially engaged to undertake feasibility and design reviews for a single dwelling, before strategically evolving the concept to achieve a Development Approval for two dwellings.
Each residence comprises three bedrooms, open-plan living, a walk-in pantry, single garage, and private open space, designed to maximise functionality and site orientation. The development features architectural metal cladding, custom entry doors, and a contrasting internal finishes palette to distinguish each dwelling.
Following approval, ACT Homes delivered the project within a seven-month construction programme, demonstrating a strong ability to unlock site potential through design and deliver efficient multi-residential outcomes.
