Taylor 28-98

The Taylor 28-98 project is a high-end custom residential home delivered by ACT Homes over a nine-month construction programme. ACT Homes provided a full Design & Construct service, managing the project from early concept design through to Building Approval and construction delivery.

Through a highly collaborative approach with the client and design consultants, the team developed a design that achieved the client’s vision while carefully managing budget constraints. The home comprises over 300sqm of living space and features high-end finishes, bespoke joinery and stonework, a steel staircase, swimming pool, and landscaped backyard with sandstone retaining walls.

ACT Homes also led the interior design process, including joinery detailing, finishes selection, feature walls, bathrooms, and PC items, ensuring a cohesive and refined outcome. Delivered during the challenges of COVID-19, the project required proactive planning, strong communication, and close collaboration with the client to manage cost pressures and programme risks. The result is a high-quality home delivered in line with client expectations, despite a complex and evolving delivery environment.
